DERRICK Flo-Line® Shakers Model FLC 500 are dual-motor, linear shakers designed for fine particle separation in the drilling industry. The modular design of the equipment provides operational flexibility. All DERRICK® equipment is specially coated to withstand abrasive and corrosive environments.

Mud Cleaner units (including sand separators and silt separators) are the second and third stages of drilling mud cleaning by settling solid particles in a downward spiral direction due to centripetal acceleration. The particle removal range varies from 15-400 microns.

Hydraulic centrifuges DE-1000 FHD, which include a drum with a rotation speed of up to 4000 rpm. Provides excellent cleaning of drilling mud from fine solids (up to 10 microns). Ideal for use as a final cleaning stage at the drilling site, as well as for the "barite recovery" mode by adjusting the number of revolutions per minute.

The CF DUO 50x40 filtration unit is a dual combination filtration unit designed to remove particles and/or adsorb hydrocarbons from liquids using replaceable filter elements, filter cartridges, or filter bags. The filter cartridges/bags "catch" the contaminants and hold them inside. The liquid is cleaned as it passes through the filters. The unit can be used either alone or in combination with fluid treatment packages for use in applications such as oily water treatment, completion brine filtration, oily water treatment, injection water filtration, and many other liquid filtration applications.

The unit is a universal equipment designed to clean various process liquids from polymers, solid particles, residual oil/oil content by flocculation, coagulation, and subsequent mechanical removal by a built-in centrifuge. The dewatering system is based on a 20-foot container, is fully automated, and equipped with compartments with flocculants and coagulants, which are fed into the flow by dosing pumps. The scope of application includes wastewater, liquid waste, spent drilling mud, and others. The dewatering system is supplied in a standard international class transport container of increased capacity, which ensures safe transportation of the system by water and land. The system includes all standard components of the dewatering system, including a high-speed decanting centrifuge.
